DB/KB Farmer's Carry
3x200 Meters
*3 Minute Rest after each set. Must be performed unbroken. As heavy as possible.
*Get tall by standing up, making sure the hips are open and the shoulders are pinned back. Squeeze the glutes and tuck your ribcage in to straighten up. Look straight ahead.

40 Hand Release Push Ups
30 Plate Ground to Overhead (45,35)
200 Meter MedBall Run (20,14)
