10/8 Calorie Assault Bike
10 Toes To Bar
10 Box Jump Over (24,20)

*Partner A performs 10 Deadlifts, then partner B performs 10 Deadlifts. Partner A performs 10 Lateral Bar Hop Burpees, then partner B performs 10 Lateral Bar Hop Burpees. Continue this pattern throughout entire workout. Athletes may NOT partition any of the 10 reps for each movement. Reset bike monitor each round.
