Seated Box Jump

5x5 Increasing Height

*Land in a squat position parallel or higher.  Start seated in a parallel position. 


Minute 0-7:

800 Meter Run

Max Wall Balls (20,14) RX+(25,20)

Minute 7-14:

700 Meter Run

Max Double KB Swing (35,25) RX+(53,35)

Minute 14-21:

600 Meter Run (2x300m)

Max Burpees To Plate (45)

*Score is the sum of completed wall balls+double KB swings+burpees to plate. 

*Burpees require two-foot take off, but do not require full extension. 

*For the KB swings, arms must reach parallel to the floor.
